WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
The data you entrust to us are processed by:

This is the data controller.
WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

The data centers where your data is hosted are located in Europe.
How is my data protected?
ADEO Services takes all customary precautions to protect the security of Personal Data against loss, unauthorized access, modification, intrusion, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the Personal Data it holds.
Access to Personal Data is strictly limited to those employees who need to access it in order to process it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Entrusting us with your data does not mean that you lose control of them, quite the contrary! A little explanation…
You have several rights. Some are applicable to all processing of your data, others depend on the type of processing and, more specifically, the legal basis on which it is carried out (contract, legal obligation, consent, legitimate interest, etc.).

Right of access: This right allows you to ask us questions about the nature of the processing concerning you (type of data, origin of collection, etc.). It also allows you to ask us for a copy of all the information concerning you. This right applies regardless of the legal basis for the processing of your data.
The right of rectification: Error of seizure, you wish to supplement data: many situations can lead you to update your data. This right applies regardless of the legal basis for the processing of your data.
Right to withdraw your consent: If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Right to limit processing: You can request the limitation of processing of your personal data.
Right to portability: This right allows you to request the data concerning you, as soon as they are the subject of a treatment based on your consent or a contractual relationship. What is the difference with the right of access? We are obliged to provide you with data in a format that is technically usable by you.
The right to object: This is the right to say “no”, the right not to be included in a data processing or to no longer be included. This right applies where the processing is based on the “legitimate interest” of the controller, provided that the interest is not “compelling”.
Right to erasure: Where your data is processed based on your consent or the legitimate (non-compelling) interest of the data controller, you may obtain the early deletion of your data. How do you do it? You only need to express your wish to withdraw your consent or to exercise your right to object to the processing.
Right to end: You have the right to define directives regarding the retention, deletion or disclosure of your personal data, applicable after your death.
